At Evolve Mosman, we’re looking for a Personal Trainer to join our team.  Someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in helping people move and feel better. The role would suit someone with:

• A strong running focus, supporting our growing run club community alongside 1:1 personal training.

• Experience in tailoring sessions to meet the needs of individuals

• A strong interest in helping people age well and stay strong

• Great energy and who is a team player.

The role includes:

• Delivering high-quality 1:1 personal training

• Coaching and supporting our run club sessions

• Running small group training sessions

• Helping clients build confidence, consistency, and long-term habits

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for running and movement

• Is enthusiastic, positive, and enjoys working with people

• Communicates well and brings good energy to sessions

• Experience is preferred, but not essential. Attitude matters most
