I have been an exerciser for more than 40 years, and an instructor for 15. My interest in fitness is driven by a desire to live a healthy lifestyle. The opportunity to help others by example, and by doing something I love is what drives me to seek new challenges in the Fitness industry. I am especially interested in healthy ageing, and in fitness for any age. I love Pilates, weight training, and endurance hiking. I keep striving to be as fit as I can, and don't see age as a barrier to this goal.

I am Trevor Plumridge and i love the concept of health and wellbeing. I am a Pilates Instructor with a passion for teaching, motivating and helping others achieve their goals. I adopt the philosophy of Lead with purpose, teach with heart. I love to help people move through life - stronger and happier.

Since 2024, I’ve been leading group fitness classes, including HIIT, circuit training, and boxing, developing dynamic and engaging programs to help participants achieve their fitness goals. As a newly certified personal trainer, I am passionate about fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment where clients can challenge themselves and overcome obstacles. I bring a strong background in team-oriented training, with a focus on motivating and empowering individuals to push past their limits. My approach combines my experience in group fitness instruction with my formal certification to deliver safe, effective, and engaging training programs. I am eager to contribute my skills in a professional setting where teamwork, client progress, and innovation are prioritized.

With a passion for fitness, health, and performance, I help individuals unlock their potential through evidence-based training and nutrition. As a qualified Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach (Level 1), and Accredited Sports Nutritionist, I take a holistic approach to coaching—focusing on strength, power, conditioning, and fuelling the body for optimal results. I have experience working with a diverse range of clients, from general population to athletes, and specialise in netball-specific strength and conditioning. Whether your goal is to build strength, improve performance, or establish sustainable nutrition habits, I provide tailored programs that align with your lifestyle and ambitions.

I have been a registered fitness professional since 1999. I continue to expand my knowledge and interests to a wide variety of corners. I have worked on the gym floor, writing fitness programs for members, taught a variety of group fitness classes, undertaken multiple Cycle courses, and Pilates course with The Pilates Company. In 2019 I fulfilled my long dream of undertaking and graduating Yoga Teacher Training in India. Since then I expanded my Yoga skillset to include Yin Yoga & Myofascial Release. In March 2023 I went back to India and underwent an advanced 300 hours yoga teacher training, which deepened my knowledge of the subtle effects of the yogic practice as well as awakened an interest in Ayurveda (life knowledge) and yoga therapy. I September 2024 I underwent Reform Pilates Training and gained my Certification.
