We’re on the hunt for a Head Coach who can bring the energy, lead from the front, and make every session feel like the best 50 minutes of someone’s day. You’ll run the floor, coach with intent, and help our coaching team grow into their best selves.

What you’ll do:

• Lead from the front in both coaching and culture

• Mentor and develop a talented team of trainers

• Create an environment where members feel seen, supported, and unstoppable

• Be part of a leadership team shaping how our studio grows

What you’ll bring:

• Cert III & IV in Fitness (non-negotiable)

• A genuine love for people and progress

• Confidence, energy, and solid communication

• Leadership experience or the drive to step up into it
