I've been training for approximately eight years and have developed a strong passion for the fitness and nutrition industry. I decided about 12 months ago it was time to pursue something that I am truly passionate about and show my kids you can do whatever you put your mind too, so i commenced my studies obtaining my cert 3 & 4 in fitness. I've have recently completed a further qualification with Onfit, picking up PadMaster Certification along the way which qualifies me as an accredited Boxfit instructor with certifications in Focus Pads, Thai Pads and Kick Shield training. I am currently doing further studies in weight management which is an internationally and nationally accredited qualification and allows me to give nutritional advise, construct meal plans and much more. I have recently registered my own business called Viper Fitness which is set to commence Personal Training/Group Fitness sessions later this month.

I am passionate about helping others find their path to a fitter and healthier life. Having myself been through a journey from a sedentary lifestyle to successfully completing Ironman races across Australia, I love sharing my experience (with all its ups and downs) with my clients and help give them the advice and support they need to achieve their fitness and health goals. I am also very passionate about providing those in the disabled community an opportunity to carve their own journey too. Having realised there is a definite need for such services within our community, I want to provide the opportunity for those who may feel that standard fitness programs will not be appropriate for them by delivering personalised training plans which are effective and safe but most importantly fun and interactive.
