I am a big believer that everyone has the ability to be the best that they possibly can be. I have experienced how hard to Health and Fitness journey can be, ( having been on that journey myself) and its very daunting for some to start training with someone. I like to encourage clients to believe in themselves and their own abilities, with them knowing I will be there with them, believing in them too. I like to see clients grow within themselves, and amaze themselves over something I knew they were capable of all along, especially if they step outside there comfort zone.

Women's only health and wellness. Like you, I know how hard it can be to juggle life’s many obligations, family, and work commitments while trying to find a little room for yourself and your health. As a woman in my 50’s, over the years I have seen my share of injuries and challenges that have threatened to derail my motivation time and time again. That is why my health and wellbeing programs focus on providing you with sustainable and safe solutions that are right for you and your circumstances. Health is so multifaceted. To be healthy literally means to be whole and I am passionate about helping you to lead a full, happy and healthy life. Life isn’t just sunshine and rainbows, it comes with its ups and downs, that’s why it’s important to have a great support network so you can reignite your spark within. www.justmoveit.com.au

I have worked in the fitness industry since 2003 and have spent more than two decades helping people improve their health, fitness and quality of life. Throughout my career I have worked as a Personal Trainer, Business Coach, Mentor and Educator, supporting both clients and fitness professionals to achieve meaningful and sustainable results. My experience spans body composition, strength training, behaviour change, habit development and long-term health improvement. In addition to working directly with clients, I currently mentor and coach personal trainers across Australia, helping them develop successful and sustainable businesses within the fitness industry. I believe great coaching goes beyond exercise programs and focuses on creating practical solutions that people can maintain for life.
Cindy Rella
I’m Cindy Rella, a lifestyle athlete, movement coach, and founder of Rella’s Movement Studio. With over 30 years in sport, from earning my 4th Dan in Karate and completing the Ironman World Championship to becoming a multiple Kettlebell World Champion, I’ve learned that real success doesn’t come from training harder, but smarter. After burning out from chasing goals, I discovered the power of listening to my body, adapting, and finding joy in movement. That shift not only brought me my greatest athletic achievements but also inspired me to create Rella’s: a safe, inclusive studio where every body can build strength, mobility, and confidence. At Rella’s, we focus on sustainable human movement, bridging the gap between personal training and allied health to improve healthspan, prevent injury, and empower people to thrive. My mission is simple: help every body move with purpose, for a purpose, embrace change, and be their own brave. That’s our fitness difference.
