Currently serving as General Manager at FITREC, appointed in October 2018 to lead the strategic growth and operational performance. My career encompasses roles including Business Owner, Regional Manager, Club Manager, and Personal Training Manager, underpinned by a Bachelor of Applied Science in Exercise Science and a range of specialist certifications. I hold particular interests in sport psychology, professional mentorship, and workplace wellness. I've been in the fitness industry for more than 25 years, beginning in group exercise when the only option was freestyle instructing. After management roles in public, commercial and corporate environments, I decided it was time someone built a better recruitment tool for our industry. Enter, HealthyPeople. More than 10 years later, I'm still passionate about bringing the industry professionals and employers together. FITREC was built in response to the issues we saw facing both employers and professionals. Once again, it was time to step in and build the service that industry people should be getting. The video with TISM in my carousel is one of my more dubious contributions to the industry.

Chenille uses a variety of techniques, including dry needling, cupping, and massage to enhance treatment outcomes. Chenille has experience assessing and treating a range of postural issues and musculoskeletal dysfunctions such as - Jaw pain - Headaches - Sporting injuries - Lower back pain - Chronic pain syndromes - Tendinopathies Chenille enjoys working with Melbourne Storm Rugby League and Hawthorn Football Club athletes.

I have been officially employed with HealthyPeople since late 2011 but had been contracted to HealthyPeople since mid 2008, assisting with ongoing recruitment needs for fitness centres around the country. My main focus is on assisting employers with job ads and any enquiries they have along with assisting industry professionals registering with FITREC.
