A Bit About Me
I have had over 16 years experience working with people on an individualised basis, helping them achieve their health and fitness goals, ranging from fatloss to increased athletic performance.
My passion for knowledge about health and fitness has led me around the globe to the USA and Europe, allowing me to bring back some of the best training methods to Perth. I have had the good fortune to train with some of the world’s best-known strength and conditioning coaches.
My own fitness journey has seen me do a complete turn-around, from starting out running marathons to stepping on stage in a bikini as a figure competitor in IFBB and INBA bodybuilding shows.
