Rudi is the best Zumba instructor in the entire world!! We have had a working relationship with Rudi for the past 4 years as both a Zumba instructor and bootcamp instructor. Rudi is loved by his classes and our lunchtime Zumba class is consistently our most in demand class of the week.

I have known Rudi Yap since 2015 as a wonderful and good Zumba Instructor. He is a well mannered person, kind, polite, honest, friendly, always approachable and a down to earth Zumba Instructor. I just love his Zumba class because it is so much fun and it keep me fit and stronger. His choreography and music selections are incredibly awesome, all catered for the young ones as well as the young at heart. Rudi is always there to encourage people and help us understand the importance of fitness and exercise in our lives. Rudi has been training me at my home for more than five years. Not one who ever really enjoyed physical sports, Rudi has enabled me to enjoy activities for which I had little confidence. Rudi works with you at your level and encourages you to achieve your fitness objectives. he creates dynamic sessions which really work your core strength whilst incorporating an element of fun to keep you motivated. I really value how Rudi can motivate you throughout a workout without making you feel overwhelmed. He can also successfully manage a group fitness environment with people of varying abilities. His workouts cater for people who are new to fitness all the way through to experienced gym goers.

I am far too lazy to commit myself to exercise (I knew I was in denial). Nevertheless, once invited to support someone who does Zumba classes 5 years ago. Deng, it became a must, a "ME "time, every weekend. His routines are youthful exuberances to make it physical friendly to any age group.
Every class is always an unearthing of what exhaustion is all about but makes you feel good, develops social life and addiction at its best.
Ohhhh boy, Rudi is the best instructor!!!

I have been participating in Rudi's Sunday morning boot camp for the last six months.
The program has been great fun. Rudi uses variety to provide interest and makes sure that the exercises are at the right level.
He keeps an eye on our progress and is encouraging throughout.
We have a range of fitness levels in our group and Rudi makes sure that each person is operating in a safe and appropriate way.
Rudi has a bright and fun personality. He clearly demonstrates the exercises. We always have a warm up and a cool down. He finishes the class by shouting 'victory' and we all clap.
I would recommend Rudi to my friends as a great coach.
