having been in the fitness industry for over 3 decades I'm always looking to learn and develop.
it is always good to have a third party verify who you are both for the industry and the general public.
As well as a Personal Trainer and group exercise instructor of both adults and kids, I've spent much of my time training, assessing and certifying learners on their road to becoming a fitness professional.
