Certificate IV in Fitness - Alumni

I created Trained by KH to help busy women build realistic, sustainable habits that fit into real life. I understand how difficult it can be to prioritise your health while balancing work, stress, family and everyday demands. After years of seeing the “all or nothing” approach to fitness and nutrition, I wanted to create something different: something supportive, achievable and realistic. My focus is simple: helping women build confidence, structure and consistency through realistic training, nutrition guidance and habit-based coaching. I believe health and fitness should fit around your life, not take it over. Whether you are starting from scratch, rebuilding your routine or wanting to feel stronger and healthier, my goal is to help you create habits that last. Trained by KH is for women who are tired of restarting every Monday and are ready to build a lifestyle that feels sustainable long term.
