This course will equip you with the skills and knowledge to enable you to instruct Mat Pilates in either a group or 1:1 setting, as well as assist clients in achieving their Pilates goals.

This hybrid course includes a series of online interactive videos and audio-visual presentations with a quiz-style assessment accessed via our Online Learning Portal.

In addition, there is also Practical Placement, documented via a logbook, which provides a great opportunity to put your knowledge and skills into practice, helping you gain valuable hands-on experience.
