Lily Bourne

Map Marker Icon West End, QLD, Australia
Last OnlineExpires 21/08/2027

With a background in dance and musical theatre, and having performed professionally since 2022, Lily has developed a deep understanding of the body and the importance of movement. Whether on stage or in the gym, movement has always been at the heart of everything she does. In 2026, after experiencing her first major injury the year before, Lily made the transition into gym instructing and personal training.Time away from dance and exercise showed her just how much movement contributes not only to physical strength but also to confidence, resilience, and overall wellbeing. Today, Lily is passionate about helping people move well, build strength, and feel empowered in their own bodies. She believes fitness should be sustainable and enjoyable, and firmly believes that the gym is a space for everybody no matter your age or experience. Find her on Instagram: @lilybourne145 & @bylily.au or catch her onstage in BLANC DE BLANC ENCORE at The West End Electric right here in Brisbane.
