Britt Oltrogger
Britt Oltrogger has been a fitness leader for more than 15 years. Britt left corporate life for motherhood and a career in fitness and has never looked back. Increased body awareness through years of exercise, plus her understanding of the importance of strong core muscles and stability after suffering a recurring back problem, led her to Pilates. As a Level IV certified Pilates Fitness instructor, Britt teaches mat classes at several studios in the North Ryde and Eastwood area, as well as in many corporate workplaces.

Julie Cowley
Group Fitness is a space for everyone and that is what I love to bring to my classes, a feeling of being together on this journey. My aim in pilates is to bring good technique and good fun together so the experience is uplifting. Music and mood setting is key. My happiest place though is on the yoga mat. It is honestly where life makes sense in both mind and body.
